SAN CARLOS POLICE

The San Carlos Police have an officer who is so bent on framing an abuse victim that she is willing to state that it is impossible to self inflict a wound on a finger.

Doesn't San Carlos require ANY intelligence testing AT ALL?

And, of course, the District Attorney ALWAYS charges 4 felonies for a small stab wound on a finger. NOT.

Can you say RETALIATION?

People do NOT like to lose.
