LIBEL AND SLANDER

TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE.

I believe that Wells Fargo Bank used unethical collection methods in order to make a good showing on the federal government's stress test.

I am very angry that Wells Fargo Bank did not insist that a borrower pay the legal co-owner of her home even though there was a RECORDED court order regarding her former husband's community property ownership rights in the home. I do not know if my former client got paid, but some of the money he was to be paid for his share in the home was to be paid to me as legal fees.

The $11,000.00 that I am owed is important to me. Because Wells Fargo was willing to rip off both me and my client, I will not be able to go to BayCon for three days like I normally do. SO I AM REALLY ANGRY.

Since there are no laws or regulations or legal ethical requirements stopping me from blogging about my case against Sharon Rodriques, Wells Fargo, and American Title, Inc., I will keep you all posted about my quest for this money. If I can figure out how to post pdf documents, I will convert all the legal filings to pdf and post them for your amusement.

Wells Fargo should know that it is unlikely that Sharon Rodriques will actually pay me the money. When she was ordered to sell the home to pay her former husband his share of the house, she did not even clean the house or empty the garbage when someone came to look at the house.

The attorney for Sharon Rodriques allowed the court to believe that I recorded the Family Court judgment in order to protect my legal fees. Actually I really intended to protect my client, as it was clear that Sharon Rodriques had taken out multiple loans on the home without ever paying her former husband for his share of the home.

Michael Rodriques got into this mess because he is a nice man who allowed his former wife and children to live in the family home while the children were growing up. Unfortunately, this led his former wife to believe that she would not have to pay him for his share.

I still do not know whether my former client got the money the court ordered that he should be paid.
