1. Stop the war on drugs (otherwise known as idiots trying prohibition one more time).
2. Fix the problems in the court system. Courts are the way we solve problems without violence. This does not work unless the courts are fair to everyone.
3. Fix the problem with junk science. We are making policy based on "scientific studies" which have NO VALIDITY. This is like ignoring a soil report when building a home. (The home starts sliding down the hill.)
I was intending to ask the Google guys for $10,000,000. I figure that the Google guys are my kind of crazy. Also they have the money.
I HATE writing the formal language usually used to acquire funding, so I approached a mutual friend, who was unsuccessful.
He was probably unsuccessful because Google is now a publicly traded company and they were STRONGLY ADVISED not to get involved in the War on Drug Laws that I am starting.
Meanwhile, I have decided that I need $20 million dollars because I want to hire class action, personal injury and appellate attorneys. I also want to start a private legal services organization in the local ethnic communities modeled upon Papago Legal Services.
(BTW, the Navajos actually came up with the working model for tribal self government. Turns out that if you grab all of the children and force them to get an education, you end up with VERY ANGRY well educated people.)
I am certain that the pressure on Google to NOT HELP ME is VERY STRONG. Illegal drugs are VERY profitable. One marijuana crop, grown in the Santa Cruz mountains by one man, using only a hose from a stream and pesticide, is worth $1 million on the streets. And you can grow 3 crops a year.
Michael Weston would say, "When that much money is involved, people do bad things."
So my dream will almost certainly not happen, which is too bad as I think I can solve the problem of the mystery chips. (These are chips being used that engineers are not certain exactly what the chips do.)
I already have a project manager and a chip designer for this project.
