There is a LOT of wickedness that is just petty. Our generation would call it 'mean.' The kids use 'mean' for a good teacher who controls the classroom.
Right now, someone is poisoning my two ficus trees that I have been nursing for five years.
As minorities have gotten better treatment, this petty wickedness is being used on the disabled.
