Anyway, I had to walk into court on Friday, and am now REALLY in pain. But this has happened before, and I know what to do about it. I am not quite certain how I will get my laundry done as it is outside and it is now raining. But I will figure it out.
WOULD YOU BELIEVE that the judge did not even know about the U S Supreme Court decision regarding courtroom access for disabled people? Judges and attorneys are SUPPOSED to follow U S and state Supreme Court decisions, especially in their area of expertise.
OH, and you can solve the mess in the California court system by adopting the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The criminal law section of the Arizona Bar solved the criminal procedure problem back in 1973. Ask them how they did it, because it may be mucked up again by now.
