Yes, I know that racism often plays a part in the shooting of African Americans. It is the kind of racism that is learned very young, so that when a person has a flight or fight instinctual response, the person sees danger coming from the African American.
You do not fight that kind of already learned racism with riots. You fight that kind of already learned racism by living your life in a way that earns you respect. You study in school, you work hard, you protest peacefully.
When we says any child born in the US has a chance to be President, now we can really mean it.
