HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY

I blog a lot about what I think is wrong with the US.

On the Fourth of July, I like to think about what is RIGHT with the US.

We have freedom of speech, and freedom of the press, which means that all of us can talk and write about our views of how our country should do things.

We protect the civil rights of individuals, which means people can feel free to be who they are. It also means that we try of best to protect the rights of minorities.

We use the law to solve our conflicts.

I am proud to be an American.
