We all have bodies that can break. Those who think that they can never be sick and poor are the same as those who think they can never die. If it can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

- I been an attorney since 1973. First, I was a legal aid attorney on what was then the Papago Indian Reservation near Tucson, Arizona. I had a private practice in Tucson, was an assistant corporate counsel in Berkeley, California, had a private practice in Berkeley, and was Corporate Counsel and Executive Vice President of Minimax Research Corporation, a consulting company in Berkeley. I had a part-time law practice out of a storefront in Campbell, California. I now have an office in San Jose, California.
I went to law school at the University of Arizona, Tucson, Arizona. I am a licensed California attorney. From 1973 until 1987, I was known as Pamela S. Lance.
