If you are selling an addictive drug, you charge as much as you can, especially since, if you kill the competition, you are unlikely to get caught.

You cannot get sued if the drug you sell contains poisons or pesticides. Since all of the transactions are in cash, it cannot be proven who is responsible for the poison or pesticide.
